We ship from Ruch, usually next business morning. Tracking goes out by email when the box leaves us. If it's been more than three business days, write us and we'll find it.
DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?
Yes — unopened, within 30 days. Liquids and OMRI nutrients are not returnable once opened. Wear is returnable for store credit or exchange.
IS IT REALLY ALMOST GONE?
Yes. We're not reordering most categories. The stock counter on every product is real and updates when something ships.
